Since sometimes we donʼt always hear about the good things about North Star Apartments, I thought I would share some. The apartment building is well maintained. Of all the places I have stayed in Brainerd, it has been the best. It is also better maintained than most apartment buildings I have visited in Brainerd.
In winter 2009-2010 it received a needed renovation on the 1st and 2nd floor common areas with help of the Recovery Act.
The apartments and balconies can also have great views on the upper floors. There is easy access to the bike trail.

In Minnesota you need coat hat and gloves(or mittens) even if just going to your car. Dress appropriately for the weather was what I was always taught since very young. Some adults have forgot.

Snow pants, scarf, ski mask, boots and layers also help
