Brainerd Minnesota Lakes area is a regional shopping, industrial, and tourism center. There are many nearby resorts that take advantage of the many nearby lakes including Gull Lake. The Mississippi River flows right through Brainerd with five road/highway bridges and one railroad bridge crossing it. There is also the Paul Bunyan Trail, a bowling alley in Brainerd, Movie theater in Baxter, Amusement Parks in area. Brainerd is also home to one of the Central Lakes College campuses. The video starts out with Brainerd High School marching band practicing. In the evening their was rain. Baseball players cleaning up after the rain. There was a partial rainbow. A faint double rainbow. a spider crawled and a plane flew in front of the rainbow. Brainerd water tower can be seen by part of the rainbow. Finished with a red sunset (red caused by smoke in air)

Brainerd, Minnesota---The City of Brainerd has been awarded a $650,105 grant for commercial and rental housing rehabilitation for Downtown Brainerd.
The Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) applied for funding in the amount of $690,000 on behalf of the City of Brainerd for Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) to the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and were awarded $650,105.
