Nate's Computer Services collects certain information vital to its business
Data we may collect from customers include: First and Last name, company name, billing/shipping/service address, email address, phone number(s), web site address.
For computer help customers: Computer information such as model/serial number, which OS is installed, and problems occurring may be collected This info may be shared with computer manufacture if under warranty. Data from computers will not be collected or shared (with an exception of making a backup for the user which only the customer will have access to)
Please do not give us your passwords, please type them in yourself.
All monetary transactions are recorded for bookkeeping/accounting/tax and other required reporting purposes.
We collect statistical data with our web sites. Some advertisements also have tracking.
We do NOT currently collect from customers: We DO NOT currently collect (nor share) social security numbers, drivers license numbers, credit information, or medical records. DO NOT give these if asked as it is probably someone else asking not us.
We accept credit cards. We also use 3rd party services such as Paypal for credit card processing, our partner with domains/hosting processes, shutterfly processes credit cards. Nate's computer Services does not store or share credit card information. Some of our service partners may store information.
We do not see emails sent to other people unless someone incorrectly types an address with one of our domains and arrives in catch-all account. We normally delete those emails and sometimes notify the sender or unsubscribe if it is a mass email.
Please note there are some scams, junk email, and phishing that may spoof one of our domains. These are not sent by us.
We may send out notices to past or current customers and web site users by phone, email, or mail. We don't sell our mailing list. We limit these notices unless subscribed to an email list. You may request not to be contacted if not a current user or customer.
Our web sites and services have partners and affiliates that may collect additional information and some of that information may be accessible by us. Those partners may have different privacy policies.
If you don't want your information stored when you call please call our office number instead of those numbers 454-0603
We may choose to link to some external sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and may have different privacy policies.
If you have any private information on any of our web sites posted that you would like removed please contact us and we will gladly help you.
If you send us an email, we will not post/share personal info unless you give permission. If it is general information (non-private info) we may post that with personal info removed.
If you are subscribed to one of our mailing list and wish to no longer receive that you may use the unsubscribe option in the email or contact us.

Updated June 22, 2012 - for typographical purposes and to show information is not shared with Google Apps we have decided against implementing Google Apps, Shutterfly is who we now use for selling photos
Updated August 30 2012: We are only using the 218-454-0603 and may discontinue other phone numbers.
